In order to construct a clear responsibility, coordinated, strictly supervised, and strong river protection management mechanism, maintain the healthy life of rivers, and achieve sustainable use of river functions, this project aims to realize diversified patrolling of rivers and lakes in Yongtai County, refined supervision and management, scientific evaluation, and efficient collaborative office. Guided by this, it creates a river and lake management mechanism with Yongtai characteristics and builds a "horizontal to the edge, vertical to the end, advanced and practical" river chief system information management platform to achieve all-round three-dimensional monitoring and full-process management.
