It is already at the forefront in the province. The project construction is forward-looking and demonstrative, with very comprehensive functions. Many of the content can be used for the construction of the provincial water conservancy informatization platform.

The 3+1 innovative model has solved the difficult problem. Through one smart water conservancy platform, the standardization and integration of water conservancy projects, ongoing projects, and flood and typhoon prevention systems have been achieved, making the process clear and the functions practical, which precisely solves the urgent problems that the provincial department urgently needs to solve.

The effectiveness of the grassroots flood control platform is outstanding. It achieves unified management of various flood control works and flood control elements at the township and village levels, and the application prospect of the smart "village station" in combination with people's livelihood services is very good.

The Provincial Department will fully support it. The Information Center, Science and Technology Promotion Center, and other relevant departments of the Provincial Department will provide policy and technical support, establish demonstration models, and promote them.
