YingShang County Rural Drinking Water Safety Engineering Informatization System Project

Rural drinking water engineering is an important infrastructure that coordinates urban and rural development, improves and enhances the quality of life of farmers, and promotes the economic and social development of rural areas. The safety of rural drinking water is closely related to the health of farmers. In order to implement the spirit of the State Council's approval and relevant documents, effectively strengthen the monitoring and management capacity building of rural drinking water safety engineering in YingShang County, improve the refined management level of rural drinking water safety engineering, enrich supervision methods, ensure the long-term reliable operation of the project, promote the modernization of rural drinking water safety, and build an information system for rural drinking engineering in YingShang County to ensure the safety of rural water supply.


Project Content


This project is divided into 5 sub-projects and 92 unit projects. The main construction contents are as follows:

1、Water Plant Automation Monitoring System Sub-project (57 unit projects): Installation and commissioning of several water plant control system equipment such as data collection, on-site control unit, online residual chlorine analyzer, online pH analyzer, online turbidity analyzer, electromagnetic flowmeter, and static pressure water tank level gauge for 57 water plants.

2、Supply Pipe Burst Monitoring System Sub-project (21 unit projects): Installation and commissioning of 120 sets of supply pipe burst monitoring equipment for 21 water plants.

3、Information Center Platform System Sub-project (11 unit projects): Video surveillance system, communication system, network room equipment, integrated cabinet system, LCD display system, video conference system, central control system, automatic alarm and fire extinguishing system, air conditioning system, access control system, and lightning protection grounding system.

4、Central Station Decoration Sub-project (1 unit project): Decoration and construction project for machine room, maintenance room, monitoring room, and conference room.

5、Information Center Platform Software Sub-project (2 unit projects): Development of comprehensive management platform software including 3D monitoring system software, pipe network monitoring, APP, and other functional modules, as well as several system software discs.
