Shaoxing Rural Three Defenses System Upgrade Project
The Shaoxing Rural Three Defenses Basic Information Engineering Upgrade and Renovation Project is an upgrade of the system based on the first phase of the project - the rural three defense system platform and data center of the Office of the Flood Control and Drought Relief Command of the People's Government of Shaoxing City. This is to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the data required for flood control, typhoon prevention, and drought resistance.
The project is a highly professional and comprehensive application system that realizes real-time water and rainfall monitoring, early warning information inquiry, disaster statistics, duty arrangements, and other functions. It can timely and accurately monitor and collect rain, water, work, and disaster information in the jurisdiction. It accurately analyzes the flood control situation, predicts and forecasts its development trend, enabling decision-makers to effectively use historical experience to reduce risk, select satisfactory solutions, and organize implementation, so as to ensure the safety of the project, fully play the benefits of flood control projects, and minimize flood losses as much as possible.
Upgrade and Renovation Results
Including the collection of meteorological data, the addition and perfection of newly built water conservancy project data, the establishment of a new historical disaster database, the collection of water conservancy project monitoring data, and the integration of city-level flash flood platform data.
The comprehensive information of overall flood control situation, early warning information query, flood control notices and announcements, and flood control and drought relief duty dynamic information are integrated into the system homepage.
Show the operation monitoring data of Cao'e River Gate, New Sanjiang Gate, and Ma Mountain Gate water conservancy projects that have been pushed to the Anti-Office database by the Zhejiang East Water Diversion Project.
The system provides an average rainfall warning for 73 small watersheds in Shaoxing.
Floating window displays water and rainfall warning information, highlighting the display of key early warning information for leaders/duty personnel to quickly grasp the early warning information.
It realizes typhoon similarity query, rainfall information analysis during historical typhoons, water level information analysis of large and medium-sized reservoirs and rivers during historical typhoons, disaster analysis during historical typhoons, and current large and medium-sized reservoir rainfall retention analysis, etc.
Provide management of handling items during the duty period for flood control duty personnel, convenient for duty personnel to query and record the status of their own handling items. Mainly include: document receipt and dispatch, archiving management.
Integrate the function modules of the Shaoxing City Flash Flood Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning Platform, use a unified account and permission management, manage unified applications, and ultimately exist as an independent software system.
The Shaoxing Rural Three Defenses System Upgrade and Renovation Project has realized the office workflow of early warning response and template database management. The system performance has a certain degree of advancement to ensure that it will not fall behind in the next 3-5 years; with the continuous development of computer application technology, the system also has good upgradeability; with the increase of the construction content of other types of systems, it provides extensible interfaces.
