On April 6th, the Fujian Provincial Government Procurement Network released the "Fuzhou Xiyuan Stream Small Watershed (Xiyuan Reservoir) Digital Twin Construction Project (Phase I) Results Announcement (Contract Package 1, 2)". Istrong Technology promotes the tens of millions of digital twin watershed pilot construction.

In accordance with the requirements of the 94 pilot constructions of the "Digital Twin Watershed Construction Precedence Pilot Ledger" issued by the Ministry of Water Resources' Office, and the "Notice of Fujian Provincial Department of Water Resources on Issuing the 2022 Construction Task of Non-Engineering Measures for Mountain Flood Disaster Prevention Projects", the construction of the digital twin watershed is combined with mountain flood disaster prevention. A pilot construction of the digital twin watershed for mountain flood disaster prevention is being carried out in the Xiyuan Stream small watershed.

The project will make full use of the resources of Fuzhou's smart water conservancy platform to build an integrated flood control and drainage digital twin dispatching system of "one dike, one reservoir, three rivers, three stations, and four gates". It will apply new generation information technologies such as BIM and quantum encryption to achieve the digital twin "four forecasts" application based on "forecasting, early warning, rehearsal, and planning". This will play an important role in water and drought disaster defense, flood control and drainage, river and lake management, and other business management, and is applicable to flood control in watersheds and river and lake supervision scenarios.

This is another successful exploration of digital twin technology in the field of water conservancy by Istrong Technology, following the Wenzhou City Water Conservancy Flood Control and Disaster Reduction Project (Digital Twin Feiyun River) and the Digital Twin Jiulong River Beixi Construction Precedence Pilot Project. In the future, Istrong Technology will utilize the advantages of digital twin technology applications to fully ensure the smooth implementation of the project, assist in building a smart flood control system for the Xiyuan Reservoir and Xiyuan Stream Watershed, enhance the intelligent decision-making support capabilities of water and drought disaster defense in the Xiyuan Reservoir and Xiyuan Stream Watershed, and provide information technology support services for the construction of the "One River, One Network, One Platform" in Fujian's water conservancy system.
