From April 11th to 12th, the National Water Conservancy Project Construction Conference was held in Xiamen. The purpose of the conference was to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and other relevant important spirits, implement the requirements of the 2023 National Water Conservancy Conference, summarize the construction of water conservancy projects in 2022, deploy the work for 2023, and promote the high-quality development of water conservancy project construction.

During the conference, participants visited relevant water conservancy projects on-site to learn about and experience the achievements of Fujian's water conservancy work over the years. ISTRONG, as a technical support unit, reported on the construction achievements and application effects of the Fujian Digital Water Conservancy Smart Platform and the three sub-platforms for water conservancy infrastructure project management, electronic transactions, and credit evaluation.

It adheres to the principles of "multi-level deployment, multi-level application," and "co-construction, co-sharing, co-use, and co-management." With digitalized scenarios, intelligent simulations, and precise decision-making as the path, it focuses on building an advanced, practical, and safe comprehensive water conservancy management platform and a convenient, user-friendly, and efficient water conservancy service promotion window to provide strong support for the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.

Water Conservancy Infrastructure Project Management Platform

The platform, based on the framework of the Digital Water Conservancy Smart Platform, utilizes the latest technologies such as big data, AI intelligence, and drones to create a comprehensive water conservancy infrastructure project management platform throughout the entire process. By accurately collecting, processing, and organizing information resources from various aspects of the project, the platform can grasp the overall situation of project construction, achieve comprehensive supervision of capital costs, construction progress, and quality and safety, and realize the process-oriented, standardized, and intelligent management of projects.

Electronic Transaction Platform

To strengthen the supervision of bidding procedures, improve the efficiency of bidding work, and optimize the water conservancy market environment, the electronic transaction platform provides a full-process information management service for bidding and tendering to industry regulators, bidding agency organizations, bidding enterprises, and expert judges.

Credit Evaluation Platform

Based on "unified rules and shared data," the construction of the water conservancy credit system follows the "graded supervision and comprehensive evaluation" approach.
