Authoritative Recognition! Two Achievements of Istrong Technology Selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "2022 Information Technology Application Innovation Solutions"

Recently, the seminar on the fusion and innovative application of digital technology was successfully held in Fuzhou City. The event was jointly organized by the Network Security Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Office of the Leading Group for the Construction of Digital Fujian of Fujian Province, the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Confidential Bureau of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, and was hosted by the Digital China Research Institute (Fujian).

At the seminar, the results of the 2022 digital technology fusion and innovative application solutions collection (also known as information technology application innovation solutions) were officially announced. Two solutions independently developed by Istrong Technology – "Online Application Platform Solution for Flood and Typhoon Prevention Based on Risk Management" and "Digital Twin Watershed Platform Solution" – were selected as typical solutions. Notably, the "Online Application Platform Solution for Flood and Typhoon Prevention Based on Risk Management" was recognized as an exemplary single innovative case for application demonstration. Previously, both cases had been selected as typical examples in the Fujian Province information technology application innovation solution collection.

 

Under the guidance of the Information Technology Development Department of the MIIT, the National Information Technology Application Innovation Solution initiative has been successfully conducted for four years since 2019. This initiative has effectively identified a large number of replicable and promotable typical solutions and application demonstration cases, receiving widespread attention and high praise from all sectors of society.

"Online Application Platform Solution for Flood and Typhoon Prevention Based on Risk Management"

This solution, as a pioneering initiative in China applied to the field of emergency flood control, addresses critical issues such as imprecise risk identification, incomplete risk control loops, and inefficient emergency rescue operations in scenarios of typhoons and flood seasons. It achieves a breakthrough in precise and intelligent risk control, ensuring that every risk is assigned to a responsible individual, fulfilling the risk management needs in the emergency flood prevention sector.

"Digital Twin Watershed Platform Solution"

The Digital Twin Watershed Platform, an innovative solution in China's water conservancy field, tackles forecasting, prevention, and command and control issues in disaster risk scenarios such as seawall tide protection, main river flood prevention, mountain area flash flood prevention, and reservoir safety. This solution represents a technical breakthrough by integrating digital twin technology with professional water conservancy models. It maps the natural background, flow dynamics, water conservancy projects, and dispatching processes of actual watersheds onto the digital twin platform. The platform extends the flood forecast lead time to 24-48 hours and improves forecast accuracy by 20%-30%. Ultimately, the platform effectively supports water conservancy flood prevention and disaster reduction operations through forecasting, early warning, simulation, and planning.
