On April 27th, the sixth Digital China Construction Summit grandly opened at the Fuzhou Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center.

This year marks the beginning of the thorough implementation of the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and a crucial year in the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan". In his report at the 20th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed enhancing the capacity for disaster prevention, reduction, and relief, as well as the handling and safeguarding of major public emergencies, and strengthening the construction of national and regional emergency forces. 7B03 Istrong Technology Booth

Istrong Technology showcased solutions in multiple industry fields such as smart water management, smart emergency response, smart ecology, and smart energy. The booth featured successful cases like the Fuzhou Smart Water Management and Fuzhou Xiyuanxi Small Watershed Digital Twin Platform, and the Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park Smart Rainforest Platform. Products related to multi-hazard early warning services attracted numerous leaders, peers, and visitors for discussions and exchanges.

8B06 Fujian Provincial Electronic Information Group Booth

The Provincial Electronic Information Group set up their exhibition under the theme of "Innovative Application of Information Technology". Istrong Technology's "Zhangzhou Urban Inland Water Environmental Comprehensive Treatment Project" smart water platform drew considerable attention. The platform achieves monitoring of rain and sewage networks, water quality and quantity of rivers, early warnings for rain-induced urban flooding, and automated linkage control of drainage facilities. By employing smart measures to improve river water environmental quality, reduce urban waterlogging, and protect personnel and property, the platform is advancing urban water management towards a new stage of modernization, intelligence, and precision. Visitors experienced the powerful potential of digital technology in the field of disaster reduction and benefit. 

8C01 Digital Fujian Booth

The "Twin + Four Predictions" smart water comprehensive scenario application project displayed at the Digital Fujian booth, namely Fuzhou Smart Water Management (Phase One), is fully integrated with the actual business needs of the Fuzhou Municipal Water Resources Bureau. Starting from the perspective of a unified approach to information technology construction, it established the "Two Centers, One Map, Two Platforms" smart water support system, comprising the Fuzhou Water Resources Data Center, Fuzhou Flood and Drought Disaster Defense Integrated Dispatch Command Center, Water Resources One Map, Application Support Platform, and Smart Enabling Platform. Since its trial use in 2022, it has collected and displayed 15.26 million entries of relevant information such as rainfall, meteorological data, flash flood disasters, water conservancy projects, and monitoring and early warnings. The platform has organized 38 consultation and dispatch sessions and successfully withstood nearly 20 instances of heavy rain and typhoons.

Highlight 2: Focus by Authoritative Media

On the opening day of the summit, Istrong Technology's innovative achievements drew attention from multiple authoritative media outlets.

Istrong Technology's President, Tang Chengfeng, was interviewed by People's Daily Online in their summit live broadcast room. He introduced Istrong Technology's typhoon path tracking, the "Weather Talk" mini-program for public service, and disaster reduction and benefit application cases, as well as the independently innovated "E Data Center Platform". He showcased how Istrong Technology leverages informatization to assist in disaster prevention and reduction, pushing towards digitalization, networking, and intelligence to better serve the public and ensure livelihood security.

Qin Genquan, Chief Engineer and Professor-level Senior Engineer at Istrong Technology, was interviewed by Fujian Daily and Southeast Network regarding the company's achievements in Digital China construction and disaster prevention and reduction. Istrong Technology has participated multiple times in the Digital China Construction Achievement Exhibition and was involved in this summit's innovation competition, contributing to the topic of aerospace big data application development. They explored the developmental laws of leveraging aerospace big data to empower new industries, new business forms, and new models in the digital economy, promoting the innovative and high-quality development of the aerospace data market.

Highlight 3: Recognition for Fusion and Innovative Achievements in Digital Technology

Concurrent with the summit, a seminar on the fusion and innovative application of digital technology, themed "Digital Empowerment, Integrated Innovation, Creating a New Engine for the Development of the Digital Economy," was held in Fuzhou.

At the seminar, the 2022 achievements in digital technology fusion and innovative application solutions were released. Istrong Technology's independently developed "Online Application Platform Solution for Flood and Typhoon Prevention Based on Risk Management" and "Digital Twin Watershed Platform Solution" were recognized as "2022 Information Technology Application Innovation Solutions" by the Network Security Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Among these, the "Online Application Platform Solution for Flood and Typhoon Prevention Based on Risk Management" was nominated as an exemplary single innovative case for application demonstration.
