Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) expanded and deepened the special action for market-oriented reform and enhancement of independent innovation capabilities among state-owned scientific and technological enterprises ("Scientific and Technological Reform Action"). The latest list of "Scientific and Technological Reform Enterprises" was announced, with 672 enterprises nationwide being selected. Among them, only six enterprises affiliated with the Fujian Provincial SASAC were honored, including Istrong Technology, recognized for its impressive achievements in scientific innovation, market-oriented reform, and operational efficiency.

The "Scientific and Technological Reform Demonstration Action" is a special project for state-owned enterprise (SOE) reform organized by the Leading Group for State-owned Enterprise Reform of the State Council. It aims to guide pilot enterprises to implement comprehensive reforms in line with high-quality development requirements, under the condition of adhering to and strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party. The focus is on improving corporate governance, establishing market-oriented personnel mechanisms, enhancing market-based incentive and restraint institutions, and stimulating the momentum for scientific and technological innovation. The goal is to cultivate a batch of models and innovators in SOE reform, form replicable and promotable successful experiences, and promote the optimization of state-owned capital layout and structural adjustment.
