On June 20th, Bian Zhihang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Fujian Electronic Information Group, during his inspection and research visit to Dali, visited the Erhai Lake Protection and Basin Transformation Development Command of Dali Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the "Prefecture Command") to study the construction and operation of the Digital Erhai Supervision Service Platform.

Since 2017, Istrong Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Fujian Electronic Information Group, has been involved in implementing several projects, including the construction of the Erhai Lake Monitoring and Early Warning System, the "Digital Yunnan" Exhibition Center's "Digital Erhai" display system, and the Dali Prefecture Smart Erhai Supervision and Service System (Phase One). Throughout the construction process, Istrong Technology has leveraged the advantages of Fujian Electronic Information Group and its own strengths, consistently adhering to independent innovation and developing technologies in big data analysis, deep learning, and digital twins, effectively providing technical support for smart lake and ecological environment research.

Next, Istrong Technology Co., Ltd. plans to establish the "Istrong Digital Ecology (Dali) Research Institute." Over the next three to five years, based on "Digital Erhai," the company will conduct and deepen research in big data, cognitive intelligence, deep learning, knowledge graphs, and digital twins in ecological governance and other disaster prevention and reduction fields. The goal is to meet the construction requirements of provincial-level laboratories/scientific research institutes, providing a "smart lake" model for the protection and management of other plateau lakes and ecological environments in the province.

On the same day, Bian Zhihang and his team also visited the Dali Information and Creative Industry Center and the Erhai Ecological Corridor to inspect and research the construction of Digital Dali (Dali Information and Creative Industry) and the operation of the smart corridor.
