1.Remote Inspection: Daily and weekly inspections are conducted remotely to check the system and deal with discovered problems. Results are compiled into daily (or weekly) inspection report and sent to the client via email or SMS.

2.On-site Inspection: Daily and weekly on-site inspections are conducted to check the system and handle any discovered faults. Results are recorded in daily (or weekly) inspection reports.

3.Automated Inspection: Automated monitoring software checks operational environment (network, hard drive, memory, CPU, etc.), processes and services, program pages, data reporting status, data availability, and data integrity. This ensures faults are notified immediately.
