Flood and Drought Defense
Taking the watershed as a unit, building on existing water and drought disaster prevention achievements, construct a digital application that covers the main river basins within the jurisdiction. Following the flood "generation - convergence - evolution" process, using the watershed as a unit, carry out detailed modeling of flood control projects such as reservoirs, rivers, dikes, retention and detention flood zones, and silt dams, complete the mapping of physical space to digital space, and create flood defense application scenarios through simulation and other visualization technologies.
Carry out a comprehensive enhancement of flood defense analysis and decision-making, flood control knowledge base, and water situation warning issuance, and build a business platform capable of forecasting, warning, simulation, and planning ("Four Predictions").
Improve the application of drought defense, make full use of satellite remote sensing for multi-source information collection, strengthen drought information measurement and reporting, combined with drought analysis models, strengthen dynamic drought assessment, strengthen drought analysis and early warning, and comprehensively enhance the modern dispatching and command capabilities of water and drought disaster prevention.
