To learn from the practices and successful experiences of Zhejiang Province in the river chief system, a delegation of 12 members from the Office of the River Chief System of Guizhou Province, including Shuai Wen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Provincial Water Resources Department, Vice Director of the Provincial River Chief Office, visited Taizhou City on July 13th. They were warmly received by Chen Ming, Deputy Mayor of Taizhou City, Peng Hong, Leader of Group Two of the Zhejiang Provincial Water Control Office, and Chen Changsun, Executive Deputy Director of the Taizhou City Water Control Office and Director of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

During the visit, the delegation inspected the Taizhou City River Chief Office and the Huangyan Yongning River Comprehensive Management Project. They also had discussions with the working group of the Taizhou City River Chief Office. Huang Min, General Manager of ISTRONG's subsidiary, Zhejiang Zhishui, also participated in the discussion. The Taizhou City River Chief Office introduced the implementation of the river chief system and the current situation and experience of comprehensive river and lake management.
