In the past, the water administration law enforcement teams along the river in Taizhou City generally used traditional manual methods to carry out daily law enforcement patrols and case handling, which resulted in low efficiency, difficulty in information retrieval, and delays in information statistics. These methods could not meet the requirements for supervision of the entire process of water administration law enforcement.

This project was completed on schedule through the close cooperation and concerted efforts of the Taizhou City Water Administration Supervision Brigade and all project members of Sichuang. The platform was continually optimized during the trial operation period and was finally completed and accepted.
