"Wisdom River Chief Information Platform" is established as a long-term mechanism for river chief system, with "protecting water resources, preventing and controlling water pollution, improving the water environment, restoring the aquatic ecology, managing and protecting water shoreline, and strengthening law enforcement supervision" as its main tasks. It aims to build a smart river chief service platform with "extensive coverage to enhance the health monitoring and management capabilities of rivers and lakes; vertical services to provide services to river chiefs and the public; advanced and practical, creating a river and lake management mechanism with local characteristics". By constructing a river chief supervision and management platform and a river chief public service platform, it provides differentiated and precise services to the river chiefs, river chief office, river chief office member units, river specialist, and the public. The goal is to achieve the efficiency, convenience, long-term effectiveness, and real-time performance of river and lake management and protection work, and ultimately realize the informatization and modernization of river and lake management.
